Payments are processed securely by Stripe. KarValu never sees or stores your full card number.

Cancellation & refunds

  • No contract. Cancel anytime by phone, text or email.
  • The monthly fee is billed at the start of each month. Your plan stays active until the end of that month. No partial refunds.
  • VIN checks and reports are charged when used and are not refundable once used.
  • The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.
  • If we charged you by mistake, we refund it in full.
